Sciatica Pain Relief – Natural Lower Back Pain Relief

strong>Sciatica pain relief in a few simple and very easy steps.

If you know what to do, and most importantly, what to target, sciatica pain relief can be simple, easy and quick.

I get two common questions in my practice about sciatica. If you know the answers to these will help you getting directions to solving your back problems. Although back pain may be a pretty complex issue it can be solved using very simple solutions.

The techniques necessary to solve the sciatica problems and the lower back pain are easy to use, quick to apply, takes almost no time and ca be used daily and compared to back pains this surely won´t rule your life.

First question: What are the Simple Steps to Follow?

If you want to get rid of the sciatica pain you need to find the main factors that cause this. If you don´t find all the factors, the pain will return soon or will never leave.

When it returns it usually gets worse with each episode and this is why so many people complain about constant nagging back pain. Sciatica commonly becomes more severe as the time passes and eventually surgery becomes the only valid option. If you fail to address all the factors that causes your sciatica you will suffer when you get older.

The solutions are simple: 1. Release tension in the muscles which can be accomplished by stretching (most important is to know when and how to stretch). You need to warm up a beat before doing any stretching because your muscles need to have their blood supply and nerve stimulated. This saves time and reduced the chances to get some minor injuries while stretching.

Joints must move correctly and your pelvis needs to be well balanced. Your muscular system will fail if your joints do not improve. The same thing goes for your pelvis – if it does not improve your muscular system will continually fail.

See, these very simple, painless and quick ways to evade the sciatica pain by keeping your pelvis and joints in a good shape.

Pain free naturally

Ever since the beginning of time, mankind has always looked for ways to treat pain either physically or psychologically. With the advance of medical science, we have seen the increase of factory manufactured products on the selves of our local pharmacies. Pain relief or management nowadays are a multi billion dollar business and would continue to increase many folds more especially with increased of complexity and stress of modern life.

I must say that in recent years there’ve been a surge in demand for natural form of pain relief as people become more educated and informed. Natural pain relief such as herbal, massages etc are known to have less side effects as compared to pain killer pills or similar medicine. Sufferers of chronic pains eg. Back or leg pain could testify that methods such as aromatherapy and other forms of massages if done over a period of time in a consistent manner is able to relief these patients from suffering further pain in the same area. Let’s face it…I would anytime go for a relaxing body massages by trained therapist as compared popping pain killers or other chemicals into my body. Our bodies were made naturally and we should try our best to keep it that way and minimize the usage of artificial chemicals and drugs which may provide pain relief but the effects of long term prescription will only be manifested a few years down the road. So keep it natural my friend!!

There’re good reasons why more and more people are going for natural pain relief products and method. The chemically formulated pain medicines have unpredictable side effects which are the main reason why natural pain relief remedies are considered to be the better option by a lot people. Not only they are as effective as prescription medicines, but they also provide an almost instant relief when applied topically or administered to the body. Natural pain relief eg. Herbal remedies do not just mask the pain but remove or provide long term relief. The natives who lived in the rain forest know this and they have been using this for years. The Chinese are also known for their herbal products and remedies and it’s now been certified to be an alternative to western medicine.

Natural pain relief products can be used for mild, severe as well as chronic pain conditions. Most of these natural remedies are kind to the body and do not have adverse side effects. One of the more popular herbs is menthol (widely use by the Chinese and Indians) is known to be an effective pain reliver. When applied to the problem area, menthol works on the skin nerves which results in immediate relief from pain.

Another well known herb is Aloe vera which can be easily grown in your backyard. Aloevera has many wonderful benefits such as reducing pain, inflammation and quicken the healing of cuts and bruises. For headache relief, it’s widely believed that colts foot leaves can do the trick. The colts foot leaves are boiled in water and sweetened with syrup made from sugar and water. This is then taken orally and it’s also proved to be useful to cure coughs, colds and giddiness apart from headaches. For prevention of headaches especially for those suffering from chronic headaches involves distilling a mixture of vervain, betony and wormwood and then washing your head with it several times a week. Another common problem face by many people is backache. An old remedy for backache involves making a poultice from hot aniseed and nettle leaves and applying it to the painful area of the back or you could just massage your back with comfrey oil. For heartburn, a suggested cure consist of mixture made from ginger, quasi, sal volatile and sulphate of soda. A teaspoon wheat charcoal and a spoonful of glycerin are believed to be beneficial in preventing heartburn.

Enough said about the natural pain remedies and I ‘m truly convince that this is the way to go for us in the future. As the world gets more polluted, we need to take care of our bodies. One way is to eat well, organic, chemical free food and the other which is harder to do sometimes is to use less of the man made chemical medicine and more of the natural form of pain relief. We need discipline to do this but if we stick by it, we would reap the rewards of better health and longer and more prosperous life in the future.
