Unfortunately back pain is experienced by most of us at some point in our live’s. Whether it is a temporary strain or a more prolonged problem, back pain is a common ailment.

There are many factors that may cause back ache. These include heavy duty work, pregnancy, in-correct posture, sport injuries, sitting for too long, age and being overweight.

A bad posture’s a common complaint for lower back pain. This can simply be treated by learning how to stand and sit properly.
